Stana Katic is a Canadian film and television actress active
in the United States.
Stana Katic was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and is of
Croatian descent. Katic moved with her family to Aurora,
Illinois. She spent the following years moving back and
forth between Canada and the US. After graduating from West
Aurora High School in 1996, she studied acting at Chicago's
Goodman School of Drama.
In addition to English, she speaks Italian, French and
Serbo-Croatian (Serbian, Croatien, Bosnian).
She has a mezzo-soprano singing voice. |
