Nicola Charles (born 1969 in Worcestershire, England) is an
actress.
Whilst travelling around Australia she landed the part of
Sarah Beaumont on the soap opera Neighbours. She was voted
in FHM's list of the 100 sexiest women in 1998 and 1999. |

Daughter Freya was born in January 2005.
Once ran a 10K race in Scotland to raise money for The
Leukemia Research Foundation UK whilst 6 weeks pregnant. She
did not realize she was pregnant until the following week. |
