Biography |
Mia Wasikowska is an Australian actress, currently working
in the United States.
While she was growing up she studied ballet, and switched to
full-time acting in 2006.
She began her acting career in Australia and was nominated
for a Young Actress AFI for her role in Suburban Mayhem. In
the U.S. she garnered critical acclaim for her role in HBO's
In Treatment.
She will play the lead role in Tim Burton's interpretation
of Alice in Wonderland. |
