Biography |
Lisa Guerrero is an American sportscaster, actress, host and
model.
She was the daughter of Walter Coles who was an American of
English descent and Lucy Guerrero who was from Chile.
Guerrero spent her childhood living in San Diego and
Huntington Beach, California. In 1972, when Lisa was 8 years
old, her mother died of cancer. To cope with the loss, her
father enrolled her in theater therapy. Her mother and
father worked for the Salvation Army, her grandparents were
involved in The Salvation Army, and so on for many
generations on each side of the family.
Lisa Guerrero lives in Malibu, California and Lake Tahoe,
Nevada.
She has graced the cover of Playboy',Runners World, 'Soap
Operas Digest, and many others. Also'appearing in'FHM and
Maxim magazines, and hosted the Hispanic Heritage Month
banquet at The White House in 2003. She guest-starred in
Frasier (the 'Odd Man Out' and 'Frasier's Imaginary Friend'
episodes), The George Lopez Show and starred as scheming
Francesca Vargas in NBC's Sunset Beach, not to mention many
other film and television appearances.
Recently, Lisa has appeared at Quiet Cannon banquet center
at Montebello, California to honor the top ten students of
each grade level for the high school Cantwell Sacred Heart
of Mary. She also host a charity golf tournament for the
Salvation Army to help the local migrant workers in Ventura
County, benefiting The Free Medical and Dental Clinic. |

She uses Guerrero, her late mother's maiden name, for
reporting, and she uses her dad's name, Coles, for acting.
Lisa is an active volunteer for the Salvation Army.
Served as entertainment director for the Atlanta Falcons,
the only female in the team's history to hold that position.
And held the same position for the New England Patriots and
the former Los Angeles Rams.
She served as a sports marketing executive for World League
of American Football and International Basketball
Association franchises.
Sports reporting in Sports Illustrated and the Los Angeles
Daily News.
Volunteer in the pediatric ward at Cedar Sinai Medical
Center.
Was once live on camera for FOX Sports without teleprompter
and announced herself by saying, "Hi, I'm Lisa Guerrero and
I have no prompter". She then giggled and carried on after
being told she was live.
