Biography |
Grew up on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Attended Wellesley
College as a Sociology major and graduated in 1996. She
worked with the NYPD as a domestic violence counselor before
pursuing acting.
Allen was best known to fans as Laura Kirk English DuPres on
the soap opera All My Children taking over the role for
Lauren E. Roman from October 23, 2000 until January 14,
2002.
She played Lily Moore on USA Network's hit show The 4400
during seasons 1 and 2 until she was killed off. |

Middle child of three sisters. Older sister is Jenny and
younger is Lindsay.
Went to the same high school (Bainbridge High School) as
"Saturday Night Live" (1975) castmember Chris Kattan. Snow
Falling on Cedars (1999) author David Guterson was a teacher
at the same school.
Appeared in "Mona Lisa Smile" set in the 1950s at Wellesley
College. Coincidentally, she graduated from Wellesley in
1996. |
