Biography |
Eve Marie Torres (born August 21, 1984) is an American
dancer, model, actress and WWE Diva. She is currently
working for World Wrestling Entertainment on its SmackDown
brand as the backstage interviewer. Torres was the winner of
the 2007 Diva Search.
Torres was born in Denver, Colorado. Torres attended the
University of Southern California on a full tuition
scholarship. During college, she was one of the founding
members of the Omega Phi Beta sorority chapter on her campus
and held the vice-president position for several years.
While in Omega Phi Beta, Torres was awarded for Academic
Excellence at the Order of Omega Greek Awards. She was also
the co-captain of the USC Fly Girls and created much of
their choreography. She graduated in 2006 with a degree in
Industrial and Systems Engineering.
In addition to dancing, she also loves aerobics, running,
and kickboxing. She has also demonstrated the ability to
solve a 3x3x3 Rubik's cube puzzle in less than five minutes,
as seen when she appeared on The Best Damn Sports Show
Period in November 2007. Torres was featured in Latina
Magazine where they stated that she was going to be hitting
the ring this summer. She is trained in Jujitsu.
Torres has one younger brother Phillip, who in October 2008
appeared on Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? and won
$100,000. At one time, she dated NFL star Reggie Bush while
at USC. |
