Biography |
Claire Goose (born 10 February 1975) is a British actress.
She was educated at Wisbech Grammar School. She is best
known for her role as nurse Tina Seabrook in BBC television
series Casualty and later as DS Mel Silver in Waking the
Dead.
Claire was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and grew up in
Norfolk. She is a graduate of the Italia Conti Academy stage
school. Early theatre roles included Addicted to Love, and
Hitting Home with Colin Tarrant at the Man in the Moon
Theatre (written by James Woolfand directed by Dave
Gillies). She has an older brother called Duncan, who is an
entrepreneur who started up the "one water" company where
all the profits go to the roundabout playpumps in Africa.
Claire once said "the only people I can really see are
actors and film crew because they don't put you on a
pedestal": Inside Soap 1999. Claire remains single. |
