Biography |
Ashley Massaro is an American
model and professional wrestler, currently signed to World
Wrestling Entertainment wrestling on its SmackDown! brand.
She was the winner of the RAW Diva Search 2005 and was on
the cover of the April 2007 issue of Playboy Magazine. She
is also a contestant on the current season of Survivor:
Survivor: China.
Massaro grew up in Long Island, New York, where her brother
and father competed in amateur wrestling. She received her
Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in
Business from the State University of New York.
She has competed in Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageants and was
crowned Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA in 2002 and Miss Hawaiian
Tropic Canada in August 2004. She has appeared in FHM,
Stuff, Maxim, and on the covers of Playboy, Femme Fatale,
and FLEX magazines. Ashley has hosted several E! channel
Wild On! episodes and appeared on Breaking Bonaduce as Danny
Bonaduce 's personal trainer. Ashley has also hosted
Celebrity Death Match and has guest starred on an episode of
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition alongside WWE Superstars John
Cena and Batista.
In February 2007, Ashley and Kane filmed an episode of the
CW's Smallville that aired on March 22, 2007. Ashley and her
family are big fans of the series, and she was very excited
to get to perform in a fight scene with Erica Durance. In
April 2007, Ashley also appeared as a guest on Fuse TV's
show The Sauce. On April 20, 2007, Ashley, Torrie Wilson,
Maryse, Brooke, Layla El and Kelly Kelly all filmed
Timbaland's video, "Throw It on Me" featuring The Hives.
Ashley will be on CBS's Survivor: China in the fall of 2007.
Ashley is slated to make her video game debut in the
upcoming WWE SmackDown! vs Raw 2008 as a playable Diva on
the SmackDown! roster. |
