Biography |
Amy Nuttall (born June 7, 1982) is a British television
actress most notable for her role as Chloe Atkinson from
2000 to 2005 in the long-running soap opera Emmerdale as
well as her four-year relationship with co-star Ben Freeman
(Scott Windsor).
She has also appeared on stage as Eliza Doolittle and is
credited as the youngest actress to play the lead role of
Christine in The Phantom of the Opera at age 16.
After leaving Emmerdale to pursue a singing career, she
released a debut album titled Best Days, which was nominated
for album of the year at the 2006 Classical Brit Awards.
She is due to release her second album in Spring 2007. |

Information |
At the age of 16, Amy was chosen to play the lead Understudy
of 'Christine' in Andrew Lloyd Weber and Cameron
Mackintosh's UK Tour "The Phantom of the Opera".
Trained at both the Arts Educational School in Tring and
with the National Youth Music Theatre
A classically trained singer, she fulfilled her childhood
ambition of recording her first album, "Best Days", in 2005.
Had a four year relationship with her then "Emmerdale Farm"
(1972) co-star Ben Freeman. |
