Biography |
Adrienne Janic is an American actress.
Janic is the host of the new series ‘Hot Import Nights’ on
the Speed Channel. Known as “AJ” in the automotive World, AJ
was the spunky and fun Co-Host of the hit automobile
makeover-show, OVERHAULIN’. Recently cancelled, the popular
series is still seen worldwide on Discovery Channel
International. AJ captivates viewers with her elegant beauty
while impressing them with her gained knowledge and hands on
experience of classic car restoration.
Janic also recently designed and built her own car, a 1968
Firebird, on the series ‘Hot Rod Tv’ on the Speed Channel.
AJ’s other television duties include recent freelance work
for E! Entertainment Television, TV Guide Channel and a
series of weekend sports specials for CBS Sports. Currently
AJ can be seen as Co-Host for a television direct marketing
campaign for The “Ab Rocket” and can be seen hosting similar
campaigns for “Eagle One” car care products and “Suzuki”. A
top Ford model, AJ has graced the covers and pages of
countless magazines and print advertisements.
Some of her favorite campaigns include a stint as one of the
original Fanta Girls ( the yellow Fanta girl !), Lee Jeans,
Bausch & Lomb, Hewlitt Packard and Parallel Clothing. Her
experience on the catwalk includes shows for such designers
as Calvin Klein, Richard Tyler and Alan del Rosario. As an
actress, AJ has appeared in a number of television series
including “Las Vegas”, “House”, “Complete Savages”, “Oliver
Beene”, “The Jamie Kennedy Experiment” and “Kitchen
Confidential”.
Janic has also been seen in the films “National Lampoon’s
Cattle Call”, the psychological thriller “Marrow” and the
sci-fi thriller “Disturbance”. |
